   COLD, COUGH, & CONGESTION REMEDIES.

You will need

Since we are what we eat, it’s very important to make some life-style changes. 

2.Stop eating sugar. This is because too much sugar can suppress your immune system.
3. Get enough rest. Turn off the TV, or whatever that keeps you from going to sleep early, and go to bed.

TYPE 2 DIABETES
There is a saying that nothing can come of nothing. When it comes to type 2 Diabetes,  yes, it can be reversed but as the saying goes, it requires effort.
